TURBO KICK

Combines the best of two world’s: Group Exercise and Martial Arts.
It is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a Tai-Chi like cool-down.



STEP AND KICKBOX AEROBICS

Our Step and Kickbox Aerobics classes are high-energy, yet easy-to-follow. It's 30 minutes of non-stop action followed by 30 minutes of total body conditioning. You get it all in one class: Cardio, Strength, Core, and Sculpting.

We use various forms of resistance training including hand weights and exercise tubing. Every class is different so you are constantly challenging your muscles.
