Thank you, Joyce. I have had numerous people mention that I look like I slimmed down as a result of the Zumba Boot Camp. It was great! And I love that you keep coming up with new programs to keep us on our toes !!!

I enjoyed Monday's classes very much. You watched, corrected our form and were motivating. You emphasized which muscles we were working. I know I would like to have a chiseled body, so I felt by telling us what the exercise will improve made me push a little harder and not give up when fatigue set in.

I came to LWE because I wanted to try a Zumba class. I love music and the energy I've seen in the infomercials looked great. I knew I needed a class as videos tend to sit on the shelf! I joined the club after the first class and have been loving it ever since.

I joined LWE in order to lose weight and get fit. I had no idea that it was going to be fun too! I look forward to the fun music, excellent instruction and challenging "me time." In approximately 2 months of taking the classes and eating sensibly, I gained energy and muscle tone and went down 3 sizes in clothing! I especially like that there are several classes which allow me the flexibility to choose which ones work for me from week-to-week. We had been living with my son in Somerset for two months before moving into our new place. LWE at Franklin was OK. The Zumba classes were really really bad. So I took strength training classes instead. Since they closed, I have tried several other Zumba classes but no instructor is as good as you. You don't know how many times I have the urge to call you and to tell you how good you are.

I came upon LWE in October of 2007 when it was the only facility in the area offering Zumba classes. It was a little known program at the time and there weren't many classes offered. Though it was a 12 mile drive to the gym, I started taking the class once a week and found myself looking forward to it. The classes were very small … sometimes only 2 or 3 people. But I enjoyed it from the start. It was a great workout and lots of fun.

As time went on, I began taking the other classes and fitness programs that LWE had to offer … Turbo Kick, Kick Boxing, Step, Yoga, Boot Camp, Personal Training and Power Sculpting. I also enjoyed the circuit training and using the varied machines at the facility.

As the Zumba craze started to gain speed, the classes started filling up. It started to feel like a party instead of an exercise routine. Members came from other gyms in the area just to take the classes. Three years later, I now spend every weekday morning at LWE taking the classes, using the machines and enjoying the many friendships that I have made there. I have lost pounds and inches, increased my stamina and strength (not to mention the stress relief!). It never gets boring and it's the only fitness routine that I have ever stuck with, thanks to Joyce and her staff.

Joyce is a great instructor and clearly shows an interest in her members' health and fitness. Joining LWE has made a definite positive impact on my life and I'm grateful to Joyce and the LWE.
