Our wide variety of classes ... from Zumba and Barre Fusion to Cardio Fusion, Kick Box and Step Fusion ... will consistently improve your level of fitness and eliminate the boredom of a standard exercise program.




  PRIMARY CLASSES

 

CARDIO FUSION & CARDIO KICK

All of our cardio classes are infused with cardio and toning exercises and are high energy, yet easy to follow. Classes are designed to give participants one full hour of cardio, strength, core, and sculpting. We use a variety of equipment including hand weights and resistance tubing. Every class is different in order to achieve the maximum challenge and balance for your body.

 
 
 


ZUMBA & *ZUMBA FUSION

Zumba® Fitness fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Zumba® participants achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning and body-energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms are combined to sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

* ZUMBA FUSION consists of 30 minutes of higher intensity Zumba and 30 minutes of total-body conditioning.

 

YOGA

Escape from your everyday routine and focus on yourself ... your mind, body and spirit. Yoga helps us to focus on the present, to become more aware and to help create mind body health. It opens the way to improved coordination, reaction time and memory. Renew your spirit and gain range of motion with these fun classes!

BENEFITS:   Stress relief, pain relief, weight management, better breathing, flexibility, increased strength, improved circulation, cardiovascular conditioning and better body alignment.

 


STEP FITNESS

This class consists of easy-to-follow step patterns. You’ll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. Step Aerobics burns 30-60% more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, abs, thighs, and buttocks. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.

 
 

 

Coming soon ... HOT FUSION

HOT FUSION ® is a fun and unique workout that combines strength, flexibility and balance training with Old School dance. This effective 60 minute class is the first ever to weights or bands sculpting with dance moves. This “total body workout” tones your upper and lower body as it throws back in time with dance moves the Tootsie Roll, The Troupe, and the Charleston set to funky , retro music. HOT FUSION ® makes you sing along and smile through your workout.

BARRE FUSION

Barre Fusion is a fun and innovative, ballet & Pilates inspired workout designed to tone and sculpt all major muscle groups and reshape your body while increasing flexibility and improving balance. Exercises are performed at a wall-mounted barre ... this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

POWER FUSION

Join us for this Boot Camp style workout which combines Insanity, P90x, and T25 based exercises. It’s designed to kick-start your metabolism and bring you to a whole new level of fitness. Modifications are given for each exercise so anyone can participate.
