CARDIO FUSION & CARDIO KICK
All of our cardio classes are infused with cardio and toning exercises
and are high energy, yet easy to follow. Classes are designed to
give participants one full hour of cardio, strength, core, and sculpting.
We use a variety of equipment including hand weights and resistance
tubing. Every class is different in order to achieve the
maximum challenge and balance for your body.
